How do I Prepare for an Estate Sale?

  1. Begin by deciding which items, sentimental or otherwise, that you wish to keep. It is best to then remove these items from the home, but if that's not possible, you can place them in a specific room or clearly mark them” Not For Sale” with a sticky note. We do not want to sell anything that you do not want to sell.
  2. Do not throw anything away, even the trash! Leave the sorting and the rest to us--you might be surprised by all of the items that have potential value. Keep in mind, too, that when we come across items that are obviously sentimental, we will set them aside for you.
  3. Relax and let us handle everything else--over the coming days or weeks, we will meticulously prepare for your estate sale, turning your home into a professionally staged retail showroom.
  4. After the estate sale, we will handle removing any remaining unsold personal property according to your specific wishes.
  5. And throughout the entire process, we are always available by phone, text, or email to address any of your questions or concerns.
